When will my robe ship?

Demand is very high right now, so robes are being made in batches. Your robe is finished and shipped within 2 weeks of your order.

When will it arrive?

Once it ships, delivery takes 6–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Every order ships free.

Your tracking number

Your tracking number is emailed within 1–2 business days, the day your shipping label is created. Tracking will show “label created” until your robe leaves production and is scanned by the carrier. That is normal, and updates start as soon as it is on the move.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.
